The long time dreams and ambitions of a young lady, a native New Yorker, are becoming a reality in the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge in Rappahannock’s F. T. Valley. Miss Sue Haggerty, who loves horses and has been riding since she was seven years old, has envisioned operating a girls riding school and camp for many years. With the combined efforts of Sue and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Haggerty, her dreams are materializing and Roundabout Riding Camp, located on Route 231 near Sperryville, will open officially June 26.
