at 10:00 A. M. (D.S.T.) (1) 132 ACRES, more or less, together with a right of way to State Secondary Road No. 729, located in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, near Flint Hill, adjoining H. S. Barksdale, Gentry Stone Quarry and others, and being known as the “Sutphin Land” that Frank Allsburry died seized and possessed of, and further described in the above mentioned Chancery Suit No. 2437, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars. (2) TIMBER, 18 inches in diameter and up, located on the above described land shall be offered for sale separately and then said land and timber will be offered for sale as a whole, and such offer or offers realizing the most purchase money shall be accepted; providing however, if the said timber is sold separately it must be cut according to the State Forestry Laws and removed within sixty days from the date of sale. Sale of the above property shall be subject to the approval and confirmation by the Court. TERMS OF SALE: CASH. 10% of the purchase price on the day of sale to be paid by the successful bidder, and the balanlce in cash on or before 10 days after the date of said sale, during which time the purchaser shall be allowed to examine title to the said property. In the event of resale, the 10% deposit paid by the defaulting purchaser shall be retained by the court as liquidated damages. ‘
