Calf-raising
A statewide calf raising conference for dairymen will be held in Warrenton on March 4 with a follow up session on March 23. The meetings will begin at 10 a.m. and adjourn at 3 p.m. They are sponsored by the Co-operative Extension Service of VPI&SU.
Topics of information include diseases, nutrition and housing. Ample time is provided to examine the problems and learn fresh alternatives at the all-day session.
