“Planting for Beauty and the Ecology” will be discussed by Mason Hutcheson, Culpeper County Extension Agent, at a meeting sponsored by the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection at 8 p.m., Friday, March 12, at the Episcopal Church Parish Hall in Washington, Va.

“Plants can provide both beauty and food for wildlife, as well as improve the environment,” says Hutcheson. He will also discuss pruning techniques, illustrating all his points with color slides.
