Norris to become
PEC president
Brig. Gen. Frank Norris of The Plains is scheduled to become the * new president of the Piedmont Environmental Council, according to reports this week.
It is understood that Norris will resign his position on the Fauquier Planning Commission to avoid any possible conflict with his position with the PEC, an organization devoted to efforts to enhance Piedmont Virginia and encourage farming.
