BULL TEST CHAMPIONS

FOR SALE

A. 12 of our 2-year old Red Angus bulls including the group that outgained the Black Angus, Hereford and Charolais breeds on last year’s official Va. BCIA junior bull test at Red House. Available at the farm now.

B. 4 yearling Red Angus bulls - from this year’s test group that topped ALL breeds in rate of gain on the Red House junior bull test. They will sell at auction Sat., Feb 28 at Red House, Va.

C. 1 yearling Rangsey (Red Angus x Jersey) bull from this year’s test group that was second only to the Red Angus group above in outgaining all other breeds. Here’s how to put milk in your herd, too!

All these bulls were weighed here at birth for your calving ease selection. All the bulls have Predicted Breeding Values for Birth Wt., Pre-Weaning Gain, Weaning Wt., Cow Efficiency, ADG, WDA and Yearling Wt. These Breeding Values have been computed on our own IBM 5100 computer using 9 years of birth and weight gain data to take the guesswork out of bull selection. The results above speak for themselves. Just think what this kind of performance will do in your herd!
