Trip Planned
To State Fair
The Rappahannock County Extension Homemaker Clubs and the Extension Office will be sponsoring a trip to the Virginia State Fair in Richmond on Wednesday, September 28, 1977. The cost will be $8.50 which includes admission fee and bus fare. Bring a bag. lunch or buy at the Fair. The bus will leave the Amissville Baptist Church at 8 a.m. and return between 5 and 5:30 p.m. at the Church.
Reservations (nonrefundable) must be sent to the Rappahannock County Extension Office, P. O. Box 98, Washington, Virginia 22747 by September 13 in order to reserve tickets to the Fair. For further information call the Extension Office at 675-3619.

Flea Market
The raising of money to clear and grade an area for a track at the Rappahannock County High School has become a real county-wide effort. The latest resident to offer his help is Wit Kuncewicz who is lending his warehouse to hold the items being gathered for the Panther Athletic League Flea Market to be held in October.
Members of the track teams will gladly pick up items donated. Just call any of the following PAL members in your community:
