Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thornhill and Melanie were in Blacksburg over the weekend to attend the graduation of their son, David, from VPI St SU.
Guests visiting Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Jenkins during the week were Mr. and Mrs. George Jenkins, Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Painter, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Wharton and Charlie Jenkins, all of Culpeper.

Under the provisions of the 1978 Set Aside program, a report of planted crop acres is needed from every producer who is currently growing corn, wheat, barley, grain sorghum, oats, rye, or soybeans. This report must be made by June 30,1978. This report is needed from every crop producer even though you are not participating in the program this year, and is to be made on a field by field determination which may be used for future farm program determinations. Be sure to stop by the ASCS office as soon as possible, but no later than June 30th to make your report.
