The Virginia Junior Angus Association will hold its annual field day June 17 at Brandy Rock Farm, Brandy Station.
The state showmanship contest to choose two winners and two alternates to represent Virginia at the national contest will be held during the day.
Dean Danielson of VPI will be official judge for the judging contest and will present a type demonstration. Jake White, manager of Sugar Loaf Farm, will give a showing demonstration.
Lunch at 12:15 will be followed by the showmanship contest with White as official judge.
