Dale E. Frye, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Frye of Huntly, has been recognized by the College Board in its Talent Roster of Outstanding Minority Community College Graduates. Frye, a student at Chowan College in Murfreesboro, N. C., was chosen with more than 1,600 other minority junior and community college graduates on the basis of academic performance, future potential and financial need.

John R. Eastham of Washington, assistant ScouWpaster of Troop 36 and Chris Tbster of Flint Hill, Scout first class, have successfully completed the ordeal for the Order of the Arrow, open to leaders and first class scouts. These merits were earned in a weekend at Camp Rock Enon recently.
