Cheryl Settle of Flint Hill, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Settle, was graduated June 3 from the Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind in Staunton.
Cheryl received an art award and was given a S25 Savings Bond by the National Fraternal Society for her achievement and citizenship.
