At a previous School Board meeting. said Mrs. Kilpatrick. the Board member indicated that difficulties with overcrowding will disappear with smaller class si/es. A compilation of census data from the last six years "doesn’t indicate that this is so." she maintained, passing out five pages of figures to the Board members.
