This authority is created for the purposes of administering, maintaining and exercising the right of ownership over the Rappahannock County Recreation Center, which recreation center consists of a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Hamp ton Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and is more par ticularly described by deed dated July 15, 1974 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rap pahannock County in Deed Book ill, at Page S6S.
