Rappahannock New* Correspondent Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Long of Columbus, Ohio, were Wednesday overnight and Thursday guests at Institute of American Strategy, while attending the Retired Sheriffs Associational meeting. George Johnston returned home Friday, following several days stay in Charlottesville Hospital.

Mrs. Harry Morrison of Winchester accompanied her mother. Mrs. Cary Thornhill, to Charlottesville for the day Saturday. Wednesday luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Thornhill were Mrs. Jesse Hawkins, Mrs. George Butler and Mrs. Dorothy McKinzie and son.

Mr. and Mrs. Billy Meredith of Reva Park were luncheon guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Fincham and family. Their Tuesday guests were Bruce Pullen and Clyde Fincham of Rixeyville.

Mr. and Mrs. F. R. Frazier attended services at Thornton’s Gap Regular Baptist Church Sunday and witnessed the baptism of their son. Ray.
