Spaghetti was a featured attraction at two Girl Scout activities held at Holschuh's camp year Castleton during the students' three-dav weekend.
Saturday was Brownie day with the Brownies learning how to care for the campgrounds, to build a fire and cook a spaghetti lunch over it. Most of this year's Brownies are new to Girl Scouting. so almost everything, from the campgrounds to the tlag ceremony was new to them. After lunch the new Brownies made “sit upons" out of oilcloth and newspaper, while the more experienced Brownies, made “hobo sacks." drawstring bags lor holding small personal items on camping trips.
