Pursuant to Title 15.1, Chapter 29, Section 15.1 1273 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice that it will hold a public hearing on an ordinance creating a Rappahannock County Recreational Facilities Authority under the Virginia Public Recreational Facilities Authority Act, on Thursday, November 2, 1978 at 10:00 a.m.

The Articles of Incorporation of the Rappahannock County Recreational Facilities Authority are as follows:

INCORPORATION

RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AUTHORITY

The Rappahannock County Recreation Association, hereby associates to form the Rappahannock County Recreational Facilities Authority, and pursuant to the provisions of Title 15.1, Chapter 29, of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, sets forth the following:

1. The name of this authority shall be the Rappahannock County Recreational Facilities Authority and its principal office shall be located at P. O. Box 235, Washington, Virginia 22747

2. This authority is organized pursuant to the provisions of Title 15.1, Chapter 29, of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

?. The County of Rap paoar.nock is the only par tic uating subdivision in this autrority.

4 The names and addresses of the organizing members of this authority are as follows:
