Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Leake of Chester Gap have announced the engagement of their daughter Terry LuCynthia to Richard Lee Settle, son of Mr. and Mrs. William R. Settle of Flint Hill. Mr. Settle is employed by Settle's Garage in Flint Hill. Miss Leake is employed with Aileen. Both are 78 graduates of Rappahannock County High School.

Local Washington attorney Sharon Genebach Luke has gone into law partnership with her husband, Peter H. Luke. Their new firm, Luke and Genebach, Ltd., will have offices in both Washington and Flint Hill.
