For Farmers
Farmers encountering difficulties in obtaining fuel supplies for farming operations should contact B. W. Southall at 804-786-3523.
Southall has been designated by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to work with the State Energy Office to allocate fuel supplies to those farmers who cannot get 100 percent requirements for production and harvesting.
