Original works only will be accepted and four ribbon awards will be made in each class.
Entries will be judged by Jean Nikolic, artist and lecturer, from Fredericksburg. Her work has been widely exhibited, including the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Richmond, National Collection of Fine Arts, Washington, D. C., and New York galleries, and is included in many private and public collections.
