It’s a real pleasure to enjoy their music and then enjoy some of Loretta’s ham biscuits and coffee, Barksdale added, and said that when Tom and the boys want to enjoy the good Rappahannock County night air they load up the hounds and go for a good coon hunt.
"This family is a valuable asset to any community. They are ready and willing to respond to the needs of anyone with any problem,” he concluded.
Loretta and the boys are members of the Washington Baptist Church while Tom belongs to the Mt. Salem Baptist Church, just recently restored. He is a member of the Board of Trustees and of the restoration committee. Loretta is a member of the restoration finance committee, a project which was no small task.
