In considering Kuncewicz’s request, he continued, the issue before the planning commission is whether light leather processing is "an appropriate use for any land in Rappahannocjc County zoned M-l.”

The Rappahannock County Water • & Sewer Authority in Sperryville has been granted an additional $7,870 by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency for work associated with plans for new sewage facilities, according to Seventh District Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson. The EPA advised Robinson tliat the funds were needed to increase in scope the preparation of a facilities planning study to include a re-evaluation of wastewater treatment alternatives. EPA had already granted $39,750 for preparation of the plan.
