MRS. ROBERT ROGERS of Flint Hill representing the Rappahannock Unit of the American Cancer Society received the 1980 Virginia Media Award in the print category on behalf of Daphne Hutchinson, writer and news editor of the Rappahannock News. The paper was cited for its outstanding communications in stunulating public awareness of cancer. The award was presented at the Virginia Division, American Cancer Society annual meeting held recently in Norfolk.
