Attributing the poor turnout last Wednesday a>t the court house tc the holiday rush and icy roads, circuit court judge Shore Robertson has set a second date on which he will be available to discuss appointments to the Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals with local citizens.
Robertson will be at the court house on the afternoon of Monday, January 12, to hear comment on appointments to the BZA from Stonewall-Hawthorne, Hampton and Piedmont Districts. Supervisors from those jurisdictions have recommended reappointment of George Muth and Charles Estes whose terms have expired and appointment of George Davis, former commonwealth’s attorney for Rappahannock, to the vacancy created by the resignation of Kermit Weakley.
