On or before January 23, 1981, all protestants shall file an original and ten copies of the prepared testimony arid exhibits of all their respective witnesses who are expected to appear at the hearing, and shall serve a copy thereof upon Company. 7

Any interested person (public witness) who desires to make a statement at the hearing in his or her own behalf, either for or against Potomac Edison's proposed rate schedules and supporting data, need only appear in the Commission's Courtroom at 9:45 a.m. January 28,1981, and complete an appearance fonn which will be provided by the Bailiff. All such persons will be heard as expeditiously as possible, beginning at 10:00 a.m., on that date.
