Christmas greenery, candles and red ribbons decorated the church and a program of Christmas and wedding music was presented by Mrs. Margaret Ann Wayland.
Escorted by her brother, Carroll Wayne Frye, of Castleton, the bride wore a formal gown of white organza and la^ce designed with a-high neckline and sheer bib^yoke accented with lace and seed pearls. Her fingertip veil of illusion fell from a coronet of lace enhanced with seed pearls. Her flowers were red silk roses and white daisies.
Miss Kathy Ann Jenkins of Sperryville, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. Her long gown was blue with a pleated skirt. She carried ar bouquet of blue carnations and baby’s breath.
Kevin Todd Painter of Culpeper served as best man.
The bride’s sister, Donna Gail Hitt, was flower girl and ririg bearer was Jeffrey Settle of Lake of the Woods, the bridegroom's nephew.
A reception followed in the church social hall with Mrs. Mildred Jenkins serving the wedding cake and punch was poured by Mrs. Margaret Bright, both of Sperryville, and both aunts of the bride.
The couple will reside in Culpeper.
