NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC IN THE MATTER OF DETERMINATION OF RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF ELECTRICITY BETWEEN POTOMAC EDISON COMPANY AND QUALIFYING COGENERATORS AND SMALL POWER PRODUCERS Notice is hereby given that the Virginia State Corporation Commission has established Case No. PUE800114and scheduled a public hearing on January 28, 1981, at 10:00 a.m. in the Industrial Commission’s 3rd Floor Courtroom, Jefferson Building (formerly Blanton Building), Bank and Governor Streets, Richmond, Virginia, for the purpose of determining the rates, charges and conditions for the sale and purchase of electric energy between Potomac Edison Company (“Potomac Edison” or “Company”) and cogeneration and, small power production facilities which obtain qualifying status under Section 210 of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (PURPA).
