Boys State
Keith Settle, a rising senior at RCHS, has been selected to attend Boys State this Summer, at Lynchburg College during the week of June 14-20.
Selection for Boys State is based on character, leadership ability, scholastic record, loyalty as an . American citizen, intelligence and desire to serve ones fellows.
Delegates attending Boys State will learn how the state government is organized and how it operates. The boys will be divided into groups to form their own city and each city will elect a representative and form its own type of government. Keith is the son of Mrs. Tansy S. Frazier of Castleton.
