Even with equipment used on a rotating basis, he noted, only eight of the 16 to 18 students now scheduled to take the course will be able to do so next year unless new machinery is purchased for more stations.
Bloomer explained later that the business teacher currently instructs six classes, one over the maximum, with shorthand II and office practice combined in one period.
RCHS wasn't hit with an accredidation demerit for having a teacher with six courses because the combined class had an enrollment of only eight this year.
