therapy, and swimming (beginning in June). At the present time, only 50 percent of the school’s annual operating budget is paid for through private tuition funds. The school is dependent on support from local organizations and private individuals, as well as fund-raising events, to meet .the balance of its operating expenses.
Plant Sale
There will be a vegetable and flower plant sale in the auditorium at Rappahannock County Elementary School during school hours on Thursday, May 21 and Friday, May 22.
The sale will also continue during Friday evenings PTA meeting. Proceeds will benefit the athletic equipment fund of the school.
