NOTICE This is to advise that pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Va., the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will hold a public hearing on the following matters at its meeting on Monday, June 1,1961 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia 1 A hearing regarding the proposed abandonment of Route 1002 from Route 211 to Route 1003, a distance of 0.25 mile 2 A hearing to consider the application of Rappski Limited Partnership, Eric E. Adamson, General Partner, to rezone that certain tract or parcel of land containing 300 acres, more or less. LESS AND EXCEPT that portion to remain commercial. (B-2), lying and being situate in the Hampton Magisterial District, from Commercial (B-2) District to the Residential Subdivision (RS-1) District. 3. A hearing to consider an application by R.O. Bridges et als for establishment of an Agricultural District and Forestal District in Hampton Magisterial District. The names of those applying for said Agricultural and Forestal District are on file in the Clerk’s Office. 4 A hearing to consider an application of Donald Brown of 5106 Richardson Drive. Fairfa> Va. 22032 for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to rezone his property (tax map no. 32) located on U S Highway 211, three miles west of Amissville from Agricultural (A-1) to General Business or Commercial. The aforesaid applications, amendments and proposals are available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, between the hours of 8:30 a_m. and 4:30 p m, Monday through Friday.
