zoning and subdivision ordinances are amended to allow campgrounds in a residential subdivision zone.
Under the terms of the consent decree, even if the ordinances are amended to allow campgrounds in RS-I districts, the NPEA will be prohibited from installing facilities or permitting the use of the property for more than a total of 30 mobile homes, camper vehicles, tents or other temporary residential structures.
