Virginia, default having been made in payment of the debt secured thereby, and upon request of the noteholders, the undersigned substitute trustee shall offer for sale at public auction on the steps of the Court House of Rappahannock County in Washington. Virginia, on Friday. July 24. 1981. at 1000 am, the real estate together with improvements thereon, containing 4 84 acres, more or less, situate on Gay Street. Washington. Rappahannock County. Virginia. Tax Map No 20 A (1). Parcels 123 and 127, a portion of Parcel 123 being outside the corporate limits of the Town of Washington, and more particularly described in the deed of trust to which reference is hereby made
Sale shall be made subject to all existing easements and restrictive covenants of record as the same may lawfully apply
Sale shall also be made subject to that certain deed of trust to Charles D Barrel! and B Waugh Crigler. Trustees, dated November 16. 1976. and recorded in Deed Book 120 at page 349 to secure the payment of a note to Thomas Morgan Johnston and Christine Tanner Johnston, the unpaid balance of which is approximately $45,000 00
