NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 15.1 431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 am. at the Courthouse building at Washington, Virginia on Thursday, March 4, 1982 to consider the following applications:
(1) SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 165: Paul A. Poling and Roland E. Fontaine, Trustees of the Amissville United Methodist Church, have applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 2 1 2 (15) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973. The applicants wish to operate a private Christian day school for not more than thirty (30) students, through June 30, 1982 at their present location on Route 211, Amissville, Virginia in Jackson Magisterial District.
(2) SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 166: John R. and Joyce R. DeBergh have applied for a Special Use Permit in ac cordance with Section 2-1-2 (19) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to build a second dwelling on their tract of land containing approximately 182.5 acres located on the south side of State Route 622, Hampton Magisterial District.
(3) SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 167: Joseph T. Atkins has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 2-1-2 (21) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to operate a used car lot on Tax MapParcel No. 37-45 on the south side of U. S. Route 211 west of the town of Sperryville, Virginia.
(4) SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 168: Walter R. Payne has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 7-1-2 (10) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to operate a pool and game room located on Routes 522 and 211, east of the Town of Washington,
