Sunday to attend funeral services for Carl Hicks.

Charles H. Sisk of Australia is visiting his mother, Mrs. A. W. Sisk and his family in Arlington. Mr. Sisk and his daughters, Sandy and Charlotte will leave shortly for a vacation in Hawaii. Weekend guests were Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Enos and children, Tina and Ricky of Woodbridge.

Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Brown and Rob were Sun- ^ day guests of Mrs. J. D. Brown in Buena Vista.

Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Codding and family of Fairfax spent several days at Bethany Beach. Sunday they visited Mrs. C. E. Burke in Front Royal.

Kristi Clarke returned home after spending the past two weeks with Karen Harrison in Chesapeake.

Mrs. Harald Havatad and son, Peter, recently returned from a visit with Miss Grace W. Wood in Hadden Heights, N. J.

Mrs. Mary Quaintance and Mrs. Brown Miller were dinner guests Wednesday evening of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Sanford of Orange at the Gourmet Restaurant.

Mrs. Larry Kushner of Gaithersburg, Md. spent Friday with her mother, Mrs. Catherine Brown.

Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Stuckey of Falls Church were guests last Thursday of Mrs. Frances Tabler and with Mrs. R. E. Thompsen had luncheon at Panorama. Eddie Marcey of Falls Church is visiting this week with his grandmother, Mrs. Tabler.

Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Baumgardner and children have returned home after a vacation at Sandbridge.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Leake of Culpeper were Sunday guests of Mrs. Lille Corbin and Mrs. Tom Leake. Monday guests were Mr. and Mrs. Esmond Pettie of New Market and Charles Edwards of Baltimore, Md.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer, Mrs. B. M. Varner and Mrs. John Updike of Washington attended a piano and voice recital last Thursday evening at the Presbyterian Church in Culpeper. Suzanne Updike, granddaughter of the Schaefers and Mrs. Updike was one of the participants.
