Then on the “Fourth” more dancing by Sidney Gottlieb’s Country Dancers who performed under a pitiless sun, on a very hot street, at midday. To them go heartfelt thanks. We also enjoyed working with Dorothy Davis, producer of the reenactment of the early moments of Rappahannock’s life, now a fairly respectable span of 150 years, and the “cast”: Rayner Snead, the Eldreds, Newbill Miller, “Butch” Zindell, W. C. Carter and Annette Fletcher.' And the Washington House, of course, as the authentic scene of so much mentioned in the reenactment, is due a reverent bow.

P. S. It deserves a postscript, the sparkling prop loaned by Col. and Mrs. William Kasper, the carriage which Moody Aylor kindly transported and the drove with his docile steed. It was a delightful vintage piece.
