CHILDREN from the joint RAAC and Spectra-sponsored art class contributed a drawing to the time capsule dedicated on the Fourth. They were: Sharron Boddie, Clare Toehmer, Charles Slaughter, Chris Moyles, Daniel Allen, Eliza Coon, Jessica Waites, Pam Peyton and Patrick O’Meara.
