By virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned Trustees by that certain Deed of Trust dated August 30, 1977 recorded among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 125 at Page 280, wherein JOHN D BROCK, SR and CLEO BROCK, his wife, conveyed to JAMES P DAVENPORT and GUY C WHITMER, TRUSTEES, the hereinafter described property, and there having been a default in the payment of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustees, at the direction of the party secured thereby, will offer for sale at Public Auction in front of the Court House of Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia on FRIDAY, JULY 29, 1983, at 2.00 PM., all of that certain lot or parcel of land located in Rappahannock County, Virgima, and more particularly described as follows:
