Volunteer needs and desires are paramount to Carolyn Szabad who is the Coordinator of Volunteer Services for the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Center. When a potential volunteer enters the Coordinators’ office, they are asked, “WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO”. The search then begins to find a suitable placement.
