Amateur Rappahannock meteorologists have until Saturday to submit their pronostications to the Rappahannock News office.
In other words, the editors are waiting for local residents to guess when it will snow.
Each guess must be signed sealed and delivered or mailed to the News office by midnight Saturday. Participants are asked to give their phone numbers so they may be questioned regarding their successful secret techniques for forecasting snow.
All entries will be hidden in the office until local weather experts on the lookout for the first flake decide it is time to read through the entrries to determine those weather wizards who should be properly honored in the pages of this publication.
