After winning approval from the Board of Supervisors for the high school building program, the Rappahannock School Board last week approved posting of bids for the $1.5 million construction project.
The advertisement will appear in the Harrisonburg NewsRecord, the Charlottesville Daily Progress, the Winchester Star and the Rappahannock News, the choice of newspapers dictated by an effort to involve -focal contractors in the project, according to Superintendent of Schools Robert Estabrook.
