You can help a substance-abusing woman and her family in their efforts to regain control of their lives by volunteering just a few hours each week at Alternatives: A Womens Program, sponsored by the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Center. Dependable volunteers are needed to help with child care and transportation on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Supervision, insurance and mileage reimbursement are available.
