Each year, at this time, as our seniors apply and prepare to go to college, questions arise about various ways of paying for a college education. The news media tell us of cutbacks in funding for college students and also tell us that millions of dollars in scholarships go unclaimed .each year because no one applied for * them. There is a great deal of confusing information and complex terminology which tends to be frightening to many folks who are looking for ways to pay for college bills.
