He suggested that the pumping begin this winter and noted that a few tanks will have to be emptied more often than every three years. “It will be hard to tell in the first cycle,” he noted, adding that Rosebud will submit a pumping schedule 30 days prior to beginning and will be on call for pumping at other times.
