Bids for the work - a combination of new and remodeled space centering on a new gymnasium - are due at the School Board office by 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 18, with opening set for the following afternoon. That evening, the School Board will review the offers with the architects.
In the bids, the contractors will specifiy a completion date. “The successful bidder will have to live by that date,” Mr. Estabrook said, reporting that the architects estimated 12-14 months.
