Ms. Chaplin is a resume consultant and writer, and manages the word processing services provided by BTC Enterprises, Inc.’s Business Services Division. She is also a technical writer for the computer industry, a marketing/advertising copywriter, and a business report and proposal writer. Ms. Chaplin has written a book, Resumes: What Employers Want to See, published by BTC Enterprises, Inc., which will be used as the reference material for the Resume Writing/Job Search Seminar.
