WHKREAS It appears that the Town of Washington. Virginia enacted an Ordlnanee entitled the Washington, Virginia Town Ordinance on March 7, 1946. and

WHEREAS subsequent Ordinance* enacted by the Town Councl have superceded the qforementtoned Washington, Virginia Town Ordinance, and

WHEREAS the enforcement provisions contained within the q/oresald Washington, Virginia, Virginia Town Ordinance are no longer in qffect,

NOW THEREFORE, the Town Council qf the Town qf Washington, Virginia does hereby repeal the Washington, Virginia Town OrditumcoqfMarch 7,1946.
