THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE TOWN OF
WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 8:00 PM on the 8th day of April, 1987 in the Rappahannock County Courthouse in Washington, Virgnia at its egularly scheduled meeting, the Town Council intends to enact an Ordinance recodifying the Zoning Ordinance erf the Town of Washington, Virginia, incorporating all amendments to the Zoning Ordinance from the date of its passage on July 21, 1970 through the latest amendments to the Zoning Ordinance effective August 21.1986.
A copy of the Ordinance for the recodification of the Zoning Ordinance and a copy of the recodified Zoning Ordinance is available for public inspection in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County during the normal business hours of the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County.
The public is advised that this recodification is for the purpose of incorporating all amendments to the Zoning Ordinance by renumbering the sections of the Zoning Ordinance where ' needed for clarity, and there are no substantive changes which will be made to the Zoning Ordinance by this recodification.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 8:00 PM on the 8th day of April, 1987 in the Rappahannock County Courthouse in Washington, Virgnia at its regularly scheduled meeting, the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia intends to enact an Ordinance which effect would be to repeal an Ordinance entitled the Washington, Virginia Town Ordinance, which was enacted on March 7,1946.
