There is a similar difference from one person to another regarding personal values. One may prize honesty above all other virtues, another may feel that loyalty is more important. The kinds of values one holds is strongly conditioned by one's upbringing. The church plays a vital role in shaping these values for those who are fortunate enough to have been reared to attend regularly.
Just as it takes education to appreciate art properly, so it takes a religious education to make moral choices. Don't leave such matters to chance—make sure your children receive the kind of religious education of which you approve. Attend the church or synagogue of your choice this week.
