TRAINEE DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT
Will train to perform all management functions of an electric cooperative district in the northern Shenandoah Valley and parts of West Virginia. Coordinates planning, operations, maintenance, construction, and personnel administration. Supervises approximately twenty employees serving 6,000 consumers.
Qualifications: High school graduate with appropriate background or education such as construction management or civil, electrical or mechanical engineering. Experience which directly relates to a solid knowledge of electric power systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and communicate effectively with employees.
