Scores for Little League T-ball teams last week were: Ideal Lawn Service Tigers won over the Gray Ghost Vineyards Bears in 32 to 20 score; Smith Brothers Dragons won over the Lions in a score of 21 to 19; Family F ocus won over Dragons in a score of 18 to 14; Bears won over the Angels in a score of 23 to 16.

Graham and Dorothy Hackley’s grandchild Joshua Bryan Hackley Makela was christened on May 27 at Amiss ville United Methodist Church. Their daughter Janet and her husband Ron Makela live in Virginia Beach. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Makela were here from Grand Rapids, Mich, for the occasion.
The family of Mrs. Hazel Zinn were delighted that she could be home on Monday, June 11, for a visit.

Mrs. Phoebe Green enjoyed a visit to Williamsburg over the weekend. Her nieces Pat Morrow of Warrenton and Lena Mae Miller of Fairfax, drove her down. (Mrs. Green has many friends in Williamsburg. She worked in the treasurer’s office at William and Mary for over 20 years.)
